Email deliverability plays an essential, core part in any email marketing campaign because of many reasons — especially the recipient’s email. Video Tutorial

Step 1: Getting Started with Unspam.email

The journey begins at Unspam.email, where you’ll be provided with a unique, generated email address. This address serves as the cornerstone of your testing process, enabling you to scrutinize the deliverability of your emails in a controlled environment.

Step 2: Sending Your Test Email

Armed with your generated email address, the next step involves navigating to your email platform of choice. Here, you’ll select the email you wish to test and dispatch it to the address obtained from Unspam.email. This simple act sets the stage for a comprehensive analysis of your email’s deliverability potential.

Step 3: Analyzing the Results

Upon sending your test email, return to Unspam.email and click on the “View Results” button. This action reveals the outcomes of your test, offering valuable insights into various aspects of your email’s performance. For a deeper understanding, you can delve into specific reports by clicking on them, expanding the details to uncover areas of improvement.

For example, DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) warnings are a common problem. Drilling down into this report may reveal that your email failed to adhere to this authentication standard — part of the process for emails to not be flagged as spam. Features beyond the basics
But with the deliverability testing from Unspam.email, the checks don’t just stop at the basic places. It even has extra tools for you to polish your email strategy:

Email Preview: Visualize your email on multiple devices — desktops, tablets, and phones — to confirm that your designs are responsive and engaging.

Heatmap analysis: spm.unspam.email uses AI to develop heatmaps that focus on the most probable areas of an email that could capture a reader’s attention. The insights gained can inform the design and layout for maximal appeal.

Advanced Testing: Inbox Placement
The platform also facilitates advanced testing to predict where your email will land in your subscribers’ inboxes. This works by creating a new test, with a test ID injected into your email template, and then sending the modified email out to an email list provided by Unspam.email. It simply means this is informed by knowledge of how the monitoring mechanism in your email deliverability will be in place to have the mails directed into the inbox and not diverted to the spam folder or promotion tab.

Conclusion

Unspam.email takes the testing of email deliverability through an easier process with its user-friendly platform, thereby making life simple for marketers to improve communication with other people via email. The solution provides an intuitive way to deep insights into email performance — spanning from design and authentication to inbox placement. With such insights, marketers will be able to choose the right pathways in order for their message to not just arrive but also connect with the audience. In the dynamic realm of email marketing, tools like Unspam.email are invaluable for staying ahead in the inbox game.

Hi, and welcome to Unspam email. In this video, I’m going to show you how easy it is to go through the deliverability test. First of all, I will go to unspam.email, and I will copy the email address that was generated for us. Then, I will go to my mailer. I will pull the email up that I want to send to the generated email address we received from the unspam.email. Once the test email is sent, we will go back to unspam.email and the “View Results” button will get activated. From there, we will see the results of our test mail. For example, if you wish to get more details from a particular report, it is enough to expand by clicking on it.

For example, we have a warning for DKIM, and after expanding the failed part, as a result, we will see that our email was not signed with DKIM. We’ll close out of all of these, and then from here, we can open up the rest of these to learn more about each one, and at the top, we have these additional tabs that you can access. Next is email preview — this shows how exactly your test email looks on the desktop, on the tablet, and also on mobile.

Then we have the heatmap. The heat map, which is AI-generated, shows you the eye tracking and focus areas on the email. Next, we will be able to dig into inbox placement for where the email is landing in our subscriber inboxes. Click on “Start New Test”. For our test, we’ll copy the id of our test we created a few moments ago and we need to paste this into the body of our test email. So, I’m going to head back into my email platform real quick, edit my test email, and put this test ID into the content of that email.

So once I’ve done that, save, and I’m going to head back over to my test. So now, all of these email addresses that we have listed here, we’re just going to copy and send our test email to all of these different email addresses. Once I’ve got those copied, head back to my email platform, load them up into my recipients, and then send that out to those email addresses. Now, after that email has been sent, we can go back to our test and click on “View Report”. From there, we will see where our email landed in our subscriber’s inbox — like whether it landed in the inbox, the spam, promotions tab etc. And that’s just how easy it is using unspam.email.
