On the heat map, the attention map was well explained. The clarity map, too, will help with reducing redundant information. The way the email in question is graphically designed on the heat map is really depicting. A non-specialist would easily know the areas to or not to work on. Although, down, there is a part which says, “click to copy report link.” I don’t know what that is supposed to mean. It does not lead anywhere except you copy the URL under it and paste it in a separate tab.
